Some Important Information

To maintain the highest safety and performance standards, ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out by authorized EMS repair centers. Regular preventive maintenance is essential for maintaining your warranty and device reliability.

Maintenance Recommendations:

  • Schedule preventive maintenance annually or after 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
  • For optimal protection during transportation, always use the original packaging when shipping your device for service.
  • Include all components: the pedal, powder chamber, bottle, cords, and handpieces.

If you encounter issues not covered in the troubleshooting section, visit the Contact Us page or reach out to your GBT expert for personalized support.

Note: Failure to send your device for annual maintenance within the specified time frame will void the warranty if the defect could have been prevented.
